Rich and I are thrilled to have Roger Cullis join us as we take a trip back to 1995, the inaugural season of the Carolina Panthers. There was so much anticipation and energy in Charlotte, NC as the franchise made its debut in the National Football League under the leadership of head coach Dom Capers.

The team was finally here, and the city was buzzing with excitement. Roger played a unique role during those early days, working closely with some of the team members. Today, he’ll share his experiences and stories from the Panthers’ historic first season, offering a behind-the-scenes look at what it was like to be part of such a monumental time in sports history.
